Rutgers call STJ Pedestrians

On a Rutgers message board, a poster wrote that other than the win at Duke, St. John's have been "pedestrians." This coming from Rutgers. lol

Pedestrian, not pedestrians. It means average or so/so. I don't quite agree...I'd say it's been a good season for SJU, but not great. They're certainly on their way though in the coming years.

Anyway, exciting but ugly game tonight. Rutgers had 23 turnovers and 20 fewer FTs but managed to fight to the end. Like the Pitt game, we just couldn't get over the hump. Good luck against UCLA.

very frustrating game to watch vs. ucla. the FT disparity was unbelievable. just seems like the johnnies will get out big against a team (cuse, rutgers, ucla) but can't hold the lead. big loss on sat, but big game coming up on wed v uconn. a win here would be a HUGE.
