Why do you think Malik Stith withdrew from the Johnnies?

this is absolutely just insane. i mean the # of transfers and people withdrawing from the team in the past 6-7 years is staggering. i wonder if any team in ncaa has had more players leave than st. john's. i remember under coach roberts, this was the norm (no pun intended).

maurice, do you know what the reason was behind stith leaving? was it playing time? was it his diminishing role with the team? was it not related to basketball? what is going on?!?

i mean part of me is thinking, ok let's purge the team of any negativity and only have the players who want to be here, be here. but watching the video of harkless and deangelo, i really worry. i mean harkless being one and done may be a reality now...

I've heard everything from he was unhappy with his role on the team to he was unhappy with relationship with Dunlap to off the court issues. All these things are unsubstantiated and speculative at best. What is a fact is that it's unfortunate.
