How does Lavin balance out having two "young, hungry, wanna play right away" shooting guards with D'Angelo Harrison and Nurideen Lindsey?

Everything I've heard is that nuri can play the one and although I know its hard to balance two prolific scoring guards in the back court regardless of position. I feel as though from most of his quotes that nuri really wants to lead this squad and be the "general". A couple articles had quotes about him being hungry to bring leadership to what will be a very young team. So there's my two cents, how do you feel we will be able to balance these ballers? Nice problem to have!
