We've been through multiple coaches and players and still the same result. A losing season. What do you think it is that's keeping us from being consistently competitive?

Consistency in coaching staff and players. Lavin was not a good X's and O's coach. Jury still out on mullin. They also need some more good recruits to come in with varying eligibility. Give it another year. Let's watch how they develop this year.

Ponds and Lovett seem to be for real. Now chemistry.

You have to remember that it is going to take a few years to transition from Lavin to Mullin. The cupboard couldn't have been left any bearer when Mullin arrived. Last year we didn't have Owens and LoVett out there, and Yakwe came in late. Next year we'll add Clark, Simon and Brown. Thats what we have to do, just keep adding talent. Next years team will have more depth than any of our squads have had over the last 10 years. If we can add a guy like Walker who can rebound and block shots, I think we can contend for a tourney birth. Ponds and LoVett are special players. Lets enjoy watching the rebuild because Mullin will get the program turned around. We're headed in the right direction.
