Should we be worried about the tough game the Johnnies had with D-lll St. Mary's of just chalk it up to growing pains?

growing pains, although that is a little troublesome. I mean they destroyed a Div II school only to almost lose to a Div III school? That's just inconsistency that you expect from a squad with no one returning.

I tend to agree with you. I think we need to look at the entire body of preseason work before coming to a conclusion. Let's hope for the best but not over-expect. We should go to the bank with a "reality" check
