I spoke to God's Gift on Tuesday and he seemed to be feelin' St. John's but personally I think he will go where his coach recommends. St. John's is in the closet proximity to his JUCO Erie CC.
Don't know if he'd be comfortable far away from Coach Nwora who brought him to the USA from Nigeria. I'd say the Johnnies have good odds over Washington and Cincy.

thanks for the update maurice. achiuwa hasn't committed yet has he? i didn't see any news on it here. it makes sense that he would want to say local and be close to his coach. i haven't seen him play but if he can provide a defensive inside presence like dele did, that would be great. hope he develops some more offense than coker though...
Yeah he committed. Signed sealed, delivered. The set of the press conference smelled like St. John's.
